We developed the complete management system for the Volunteer Desk. Candidates fill out a structured form and the system, using Artificial Intelligence, automatically pre-selects the most suitable volunteering locations based on their profile. Candidates can then book an appointment directly via the form, keeping human dialogue with the desk professionals central.
On the operational side, all data from Caritas system sites has been structured, centralized, and made easily explorable. Communications with sites — insurance forms, updates, reminders — have been automated, freeing up time for higher-value work. Each site also has its own portal with passwordless access to manage its data and communication with Caritas independently.
